All confirmed orders will be inspected, packed and processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak sales periods due to high order traffic. We will send notification emails to customers once obvious shipping delays occur.

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on your order, and the final freight cost will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment.

Tracking information will normally be updated and activated for online inquiry within 24-48 hours after dispatch.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall carefully verify their shipping information and ensure the delivery address is complete and correct during checkout.
Antonio Skeete will not assume liability for misdelivered or undeliverable parcels caused by wrong or incomplete customer addresses. Any package returned due to address errors will incur additional reshipping fees.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing during transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged Items:
If your bags arrive broken, scratched or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel. Clear photos of damaged goods and outer packaging are required for verification.

Every bag product is equipped with detailed maintenance instructions. Customers should use, clean and store bags in accordance with official guidelines. Antonio Skeete accepts no responsibility for damage caused by improper maintenance, private modification or misuse.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
Cross-border shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other clearance fees stipulated by local customs departments. All additional customs charges shall be borne by the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping expenses.
